Side drawing

I have begun to draw two things for myself- they`re for pleasure and for some art-experimenting as well. Experiments promise to be rather dirty and disturbing everybody around me :D NO, they`re not pervy, but they just... promise to be dirty and that`s all)) Anyway i plan to make photos of this process.

That`s why i need special time, special place for continuing))

So as for now- characters are traced with liner, some of their parts are covered with special liquid rubber-mask (which will prevent these parts from being colored). 

Well, on this photo there`s no rubber btw.

Probably somebody have noticed some connections between guy in helmet and one of members of Daft Punk band?

Yup, i`ve really sticked and glued to this subject "black, polish, metal, glitters, shine of glitters on polished metal, stars, black/white shining contrast, tech". In general, i like Cosmos and everything what reminds of it:) Daft Punk are almost perfect in it! Also, they have many nice compositions.

Me personally sees some connections of this my character with my real friend also (and it happens not at first time)). Well, yes, he kinda gives me ideas- and- inspiration- and- stuff, i appreciate this, it`s helpful and cool, so... artist is happppyyy :D

Current situation of meee

So...well... manga for Shonen Jump was completed and now i`m in hurry (like a real deer) to finish up a commission with children-book`s illustrations. Here are some pieces wrom that work:)

Participating in Shonen Jump manga competition

Shonen Jump (Japanese magazine dedicated to japanese comics called "manga") has announced a global manga-contest. Anybody from any country can submit his own manga chapter, written on English, Japanese or Chinese. 
I decided to grab the opportunity to try myself in it. Actually, to create manga was my dream since childhood, and now i have finally made this dream come true:) 
Thanks to Olaf Urbanski who told me about this competition, helped with creating the LOGICAL story, made some text corrections, inspired and supported me:)) (additionally, we have a story/ ideas not only for this chapter, but they go far beyond it`s frame. And they are cool B`) )


Description of manga which i written in my Shonen Jump account:
It is a story about people who want to seize the power over all countries on their planet. But accidentally, thanks to alien girl, they discover that old fairy tale about God`s torn body is truth. Now they have a chance to take over the divine creature. And ultimately- over the Universe.
